寒暑假预定通知

各位同学:

 

暑假/寒假即将来临,祝愿你们学习进步,身体健康!

 

为了便于同学们本学期退房、暑假/寒假续住和下学期入住等工作的顺利进行,现将具体安排告知如下:

 

1、暑假/寒假期间需要续住的同学,请于____      日至      日到总台办理续住手续,其余同学视为          日退房。

 

2、本中心将于________日进行清房工作,望学生配合。

 

3、需要续住双人房的同学,如产生空床位的现象,将由总台进行统一拼房。

 

4、下学期继续在本校就读的同学,请于____    日至    日上网办理预定手续。本次预定床位总数:低区双人房(100元)__张床位、低区单人房(150元)__张床位,高区单人房(180元)__张床位,高区双人房(115元)__张床位。注:本次预定步骤一:网上预定房间,步骤二:预订完成后请凭预订单号在  小时之内至总台支付预定金后订单生效,过时订单自动取消,不保留床位。

 

5、凡是个人信息发生变更,请于       日前去留办更新,否则会影响正常预订。

预定要求如下:

(1)    留学生凭留学生证预定

(2)    单人间交纳预定金RMB 2,000 双人间拼房交纳预定金RMB 1,000

(3)    根据学校教务处规定:________日为本科生和进修生开学日期,请于上述开学日期前来迎宾馆办理入住手续,逾期不保留床位,预定金一律不退。如遇特殊情况,不能按时入住的请提前与上外迎宾馆前台联系,但房费需从开学之日起计算。

 

6、下学期入住时的具体要求:

(1)     入住时出示学生证确认身份以及是否已缴纳____年春季/秋季学费

(2)     凭预定金收据付足下学期的宿费,同时支付住房押金RMB500

(3)     入住时签定租房合同

 

备注:本次入住登记结束后,对于未登记成功的学生,请及时与外国留学生部联系(联系电话:021-65360599;地址:上海外国语大学2号楼202室)。外国留学生部将为学生推荐校外其他住宿设施以供参考和选择。

留学生入住预定事项告知书

一、预定要求:

1、留学生必须凭上海外国语大学留学生证预定。

2、单人间交纳预定金RMB2000元,双人间拼房交纳预定金RMB1000元。

3、根据学校教务处规定:  _________日为本科生和进修生开学日期,     _____已经办好预定手续的留学生,请必须于上述开学日期之前来上外迎宾馆前台办理入住手续,逾期不来则不保留床位(房间),预定金一律不退。如遇十分特殊之情况,不能按时入住的请提前与上外迎宾馆前台联系,电话:3505450081,但房费需从开学之日起算起。

二、入住时的具体要求:

1、入住时必须出示学生证与____年春季/秋季学费已缴纳凭证,未缴纳者不予登记入住,预定金一律不退。

2、凭预定金收据付足一个学期的住宿费,同时支付住房保证金RMB500,入住时签订入住合同。留学生房以学期为单位定价,价格从优,如学期中途退房只退住房押金和房卡押金,不退房费。

Dear students,

The summer/winter vacation is coming. We wish you every success in your study and good health.

To facilitate the check-out at the end of this semester, continued accommodation during the summer /winter vacation and check-in at the beginning of the next semester, we hereby notify you the detailed arrangements as follows:

1.         If you intend to continue to stay in the guesthouse during the summer/winter vacation, please complete the relevant procedures at the reception between    ,     and     ,     . Students who do not go to the reception to complete such procedures will be considered to agree to check out on     ,     .

2.         We will vacate rooms on ____, ____Your cooperation will be greatly appreciated.

3.         For students who will continue staying in a double room, the reception will rearrange rooms and occupants to eliminate vacant beds.

4.         Students who will continue to study at SISU during the next semester are expected to complete the reservation procedure through the internet between    ,     and    ,     . The total accommodations available during the next semester are ___beds (in double rooms 100yuan),___ (in single rooms 150yuan), ___ superior single rooms 180yuan,___(beds)superior double rooms 115yuan.  (Important notes: please take the following steps for the current reservation: Step 1: Make a room reservation online. (3)    Please sign the rental contract at the time of check-in.

Remarks: If you do not succeed in reserving a room, please contact International Students Office (Tel: 021-65360599, Address: Rm. 202, Building 2, SISU). International Students Office will recommend off-campus lodgings for your reference and choice.

(1)  You must present your Student ID card and proof of payment of the tuition of the autumn semester of 2024. Students who have not paid the tuition will not be allowed to check in and the deposit will not be refunded.

(2)  You should present the deposit receipt, pay the balance of the rent of the next semester, and pay RMB500 as deposit for the room. You should sign the rental contract at the time of check-in. The apartment for international student’s accommodation is priced on a semester basis and we also render a special discount, if the student wants to check out in the middle of a semester, we only refund the deposit for the room and the deposit for the key, the accommodation fees are not refundable.
